Return and Exchange Policy

1-The pieces are made to order; therefore, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified after production.

2-The order cannot be changed or have any additional details added after it has been confirmed.

3-The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of confirmation only.

4-In case of any misconduct or disrespect toward customer service or the store policy, the order will be canceled immediately.
